We decided not to move.  Its gonna cost us, but oh well.  Better now than down the road.  I’m ok with it.  Chuck is ok with it – so thats it!

BUSTED the real estate agent!

Thurs I signed paperwork handed over a check…the sellers hadn’t signed yet.  Fri we forced there hand and said sign or take the deal off the table…they signed lawyers have the documents.
